Ok, go to google then insert site:rapidshare.com .pdf “keyword” and then take e-books related to your niche and then copy the sentences and make up a article using the e-book.
Use different articles for each backlink you generate, so that you go up the serps instead of getting sand boxed (de-indexed) And if you are building articles to a site like mine then remember to give me a backlink
